1 John 5:4 - because every child of God is able to defeat the world. And we win the victory over the world by means of our faith.

1 John 5: 4 - Every God-begotten person conquers the world's ways. The conquering power that brings the world to its knees is our faith.

You experience victory in proportion to what you believe in. 

You have overcome the world when you believe in the one who has already overcome the world. (John 16:33)  - "I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”

WHAT WE NEED IS THE SPIRIT OF FAITH!!!!

Operating in the Spirit of Faith = ABIDING FAITH

Three things you have to use your faith against:

Your foes - spiritual and natural people, places, and things

Your temptations - the attempt of the enemy to taint your desires

Your persecutions - the problems you're dealing with now
